Antonia has been in the construction industry for 13 years and oversees all business operations, business development as well as assisting with accounting and purchasing. She enhances the company’s human resources by planning, implementing, evaluating employee relations, human resource policies, programs and practices.

She graduated from ASU in 2006 with a degree in Construction Management Engineering. She began her career in geotechnical engineering and has held roles as a project coordinator, project engineer, assistant project manager, and project manager. Antonia has also graduated from the Arizona Builders Alliance Senior Executive Program.

Antonia loves to spend her time with family, friends and loves to go dancing. She enjoys traveling, outdoors hiking, and running.
