Lady began her career in construction when she was 25 working for MMR construction, a multinational company. She worked in Iowa, Wisconsin, Louisiana, Texas, and Arizona. Five years later, she joined Switch Electric as a Lead Electrician, and was given many growth opportunities.

With Switch, she has worked as a Project Engineer, Foreman, General Foreman, and QAQC Manager. Lady enjoys working with her team and is always finding ways to improve our team culture.
