Donny Olson brings over 30 years of electrical expertise, starting as an Electrician's Helper and ascending roles in the electrical trade from Journeyman, Foreman, Superintendent, Estimator, Assistant Project Manager, Project Manager, Operations Manager, Sr. Project Manager, to his current positionat Switch Electric. As the VP of Pre-Construction, Donny oversees project analysis, planning, budgeting, & cost estimating of prospective projects while simultaneously collaborating with project architects, engineers, contractors, & owners, to ensure a successful project for all stakeholders & fostering lasting relationships & partnerships.

Beyond work, he enjoys family time, fitness, and passionately supports Wisconsin sports, especially the University of Wisconsin Badgers.
