A Zero-Tolerance Policy to Ensure Safety

At Switch Electric, safety is more than a concept. It is our priority and who we are. Our objective is to maintain incident- and injury-free working environments. We are dedicated to providing training, tools, and support to ensure that our employees, neighbors, and partners return home safe daily.

Every Switch Electric team member is empowered and encouraged to identify, report, and communicate if an unsafe situation arises in the workplace.

All Switch Electric apprentices and journeymen are trained in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and first aid and are certified to have completed the OSHA 10. Our foremen and general foremen are also trained in CPR and first aid and have finished the OSHA 30.
