Juan has over 20+ years of experience in the industry and specializes in medium voltage electricity. He began his career as an apprentice and worked his way up to a journeyman, lead man and has been a general foreman for 3 years.

Juan supervises crews on complex electrical construction projects and is responsible for schedule, assignment and supervision of manpower, work performance, material procurement planning, quality control and communication with project team.

Juan has been married for 20 years and has two sons. They enjoy being outdoors and hiking in Sedona.
